Treatment Coordinator Extraordinaire!  I'm the person who introduces you to Dr. Austin and helps coordinate all of your treatment from beginning to end.  I work hard to make sure you get all of your insurance benefits, and  I strive to make your experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. Dr. Austin is so easy and pleasant to work with. I enjoy having the confidence of knowing that patients are getting the best orthodontic care available! I love being part of a team that really cares about our patients!

When I'm not hard at work in the office, I love to camp and hike with my family.  When the kids are busy with their activities, my husband Armando (the Love of my Life) and I love to share a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Front Desk Ambassador! I am the first smiling face that our patients see when they walk through our doors!  I strive to provide excellent service and to help our patients feel welcome! I keep the scheduled appointments flowing and I help patients with all of their appointment needs. I enjoy being part of a fun and happy team!

When I'm not working, I love to spend time in the park with my son Mason, playing softball or hiking.  I haven't learned to surf yet, but I know it is inevitable being surrounded by all this surf memorabilia and being so close to the beach!

Clinical Assistant to the Stars!  I assist Dr. Austin in all the clinical phases of your treatment, from the time you get your braces on, until you finally get them off.  I love seeing each patient’s teeth change and seeing their happy smile when we take the braces off.  It's fun getting to know and work with patients of all ages, and I strive to make the journey of having braces as fun and painless as possible.

When I'm not working,  I enjoy roller-skating down the boardwalk at the beach and snowboarding during the winter.  I also enjoy watching my son Isaac play baseball and football and going to the beach with my daughter Iliana.

Clinical Assistant with a Heart!  I assist Dr. Austin with all his clinical procedures. I am very patient and I enjoy helping children that are fearful of treatment, or who have special needs.  It is very gratifying to see how a child transforms from being afraid to sit in the chair, to a happy and confident orthodontic patient. 

When I am not at work, I like to stay busy with exercise and riding my bike.  Dr. Austin is trying to get me to try paddleboarding which I think will be really fun.  I also enjoy watching foreign movies with my daughter Rosie.

Records Manager CEO. I'm usually the first person you meet on the clinical staff.  I'm the one who takes your x-rays and photographs, and who makes you put large mirrors in your mouth.  I also help with chairside clinical procedures and occasionally answering the phone.  I was also recently a patient of Dr. Austin so I understand what it is like to have braces.  It wasn't always easy, but I love my new smile. 

When I'm not at work, I love to go to the beach with my son Jayden.  I am teaching him to swim and not be afraid of the water so that when he gets older he can go surfing with Dr. Austin.
