This is Africa....and this is why we went. Standing up and pulling teeth every day. Good thing they didn't know I was an orthodontist!  Grace and beauty Gave out 800 tooth brushes and tooth paste. Typical street in Freetown Life is always better with friends. Toilets don't flush...No water from the sink...Everything drains right on the floor.Where did you stay over spring break?
